Miscellaneous Information
In 2008, ACHNE linked with the American Public Health Association in promoting the National Public Health Week, Climage Change: Our Health in the Balance.  ACHNE members are encouraged to incorporate information about the public health effects of climate change in teaching and other activities.	ACHNE has signed onto a Letter of Concern regarding the Proposal to Create an Office of the National Nurse.  Additionally, a list of current signatories can be found at: http://www.nursingworld.org/NationalNurseLetter/
